Automation Intelligence Solutions for Small Businesses

Your business, answered — even when you're on a job.

Allua Intelligence gives your business an AI front office that never misses a call and a back office that never drops a follow-up. Rachel answers your phone. Eve runs everything after: the texts, the estimates, the invoices, the calendar, the money.

How it works

One call becomes a handled customer.

Most small businesses don't lose jobs on price. They lose them in the gap between the phone ringing and somebody following up. Allua closes that gap, the same way, every time.

STEP 01

A customer calls

Your number rings you first. If you're busy, on a ladder, or it's 9pm, the call rolls to Rachel instead of voicemail.

STEP 02

Rachel captures the lead

She greets them in your business's name, answers your FAQs, takes down what they need — and reads their cell number back to confirm it, with a clear yes or no on texting it.

STEP 03

Eve starts the follow-up

Eve pulls the full call record and starts the text conversation from your business number, logs the lead, and keeps the thread moving until it's booked, quoted, or closed.

STEP 04

You just see the result

A call summary, an updated tracker, and a morning briefing with who to call and what needs you. Anything that needs a human gets transferred or flagged to you — never guessed at.

The Premium Package

One bundle. Two honest add-ons.

No tiers to decode and no feature menu to assemble. The Premium Package is the whole back-office system, customized to how your business already works. Rachel the receptionist and social media are the only add-ons — each priced flat, below.

Front office CUSTOMER-FACING

  • Lead text engagementNew leads get a text within minutes, not after dinner. Conversations are carried through, not just started.

  • Social media content (add-on, +$699/mo)Posts and reels made from your real jobs, published on your accounts.

Meet Rachel

She doesn't take over your line. She covers it.

Your number stays your number. Rachel is the safety net underneath it — answering when you can't, and handing you the customer, fully briefed, when it matters.

Trained on your business

Your greeting, your services, your service area, your FAQs. She answers the way you'd want a good receptionist to — because she's built from your answers, not a script library.

Every number verified, every text permissioned

Rachel reads the caller's cell number back digit by digit and asks plainly whether it's OK to text it. That yes/no is recorded on every call — no guessing, no texting people who didn't agree.

She never quotes prices

Pricing is your call. Rachel takes the details, captures the lead, and gets it to Eve — she doesn't invent numbers, promise dates, or book jobs you haven't approved.

Humans stay one step away

When a caller needs a person, Rachel transfers the call. And every call — answered, transferred, or captured — ends with a summary you can read in ten seconds.

Pricing

Intro pricing. One decision.

A human assistant at $15–20 an hour runs $3,200+ a month — before sick days, turnover, and training. This system works around the clock for a fraction of that. Setup includes your first month.

High call volume, no surprisesRachel's standard volume covers most small businesses. If you outgrow it, the step up is $175/month — only with your OK first, never as a surprise overage.
Simple termsMonthly billing is due on the 1st, in advance. Cancel by the 7th and service ends cleanly; phone hardware and your cell line, if needed, are passed through at cost.

Getting started

Live in about a week. Watched for a month.

We prove every piece on your real business before it counts — the same way this system was proven on ours.

Days 1–2

Discovery

We work through your business together: your services, your prices, your people, your money. Unanswered questions stay open items — nothing is guessed.

Days 3–5

Build

Your website and form go up, Rachel is trained on your business, and your dedicated business phone is set up and kept on its charger at HQ.

Days 6–7

Test & go live

We test-call Rachel, read her summaries, and run a lead end to end — call, capture, text, tracker — before your customers ever meet her.

Month 1

Monitoring

Every automation is watched while it settles in. You get briefings, summaries, and a system tuned to how your days actually run.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Do you take over my business phone number?

No — we supplement it, we don't take it over. Your number stays yours. Calls ring you first; Rachel only picks up when you can't. Your number, your data, and everything built on them are the durable assets, and they stay with your business.

What do I need to provide?

A dedicated Android phone and a cell line for your business's assistant to live on — that's the model that keeps your personal phone out of it. The hardware goes on your signup invoice at cost and the line on your monthly bill, also at cost. If you already have a spare Android that can stay on a charger, that can work too.

Will Rachel quote my prices or book jobs?

No. Rachel never quotes prices and doesn't book work on her own. She captures the customer's details and what they need, confirms their cell number, and hands it to Eve — pricing and scheduling decisions stay with you.

How do text messages stay legal?

Permission is captured, not assumed. Rachel asks every caller whether their number can receive texts and records a plain YES or NO on the call record, and the form on this page asks the same question with a written consent block. People who say no don't get texts.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Tell us by the 7th of the month and service ends at month-end with nothing further owed. Cancel after the 7th and that month is owed through its end — no longer contracts, no exit fees. If a payment runs more than 7 days late, automations pause until it's settled.

Who is behind Allua Intelligence?

Allua Intelligence is a Long Island business run by Kristofer Allua. The system was built to run a real, working company — All County Spray Foam Solutions — before it was ever offered to anyone else, and Allua runs on the same setup it sells. You're talking to the people who use it every day.
